ability to assess business models, growth drivers, unit economics, and downside risks across healthcare, tech, and services sectors Diligence & process management
coordinating third-party advisors, managing data rooms, synthesizing findings, and presenting clear investment insights to senior team members Portfolio support mindset
working with management teams on add-on acquisitions, KPI tracking, budgeting, and strategic initiatives post-investment High ownership & cultural fit
