About the role: Proven experience

executing and closing private equity transactions , including deal sourcing, due diligence, valuation, and structuring. Strong

financial modeling and analytical skills , with the ability to assess investment opportunities in industrial or manufacturing sectors. Demonstrated capability to

lead deal processes end-to-end , from initial evaluation to post-close integration and portfolio management. Ability to

collaborate with management teams

to drive operational improvements, strategic growth initiatives, and value creation. A proactive, team-oriented professional with

excellent communication and presentation skills , comfortable working in a hands-on, entrepreneurial investment environment.
