As your clientele continues to grow, more of your compensation comes from residuals and existing clients. Given our average client relationship lasts 40 years, this structure ensures our advisors continue to do the right thing for their clients as long as they work together. To give you an idea, our financial professionals are making on average about $115,000 in their first year, with the potential for much more. Whats the catch? The first years can be tough as youre learning the business.
