Highlights Support client relationships as the day-to-day point of contact, running review meetings, interpreting and presenting financial plans, and managing follow-through Ramp alongside a senior advisor, then transition to independently leading meetings and owning a defined client segment Partner with a centralized Paraplanning and Client Service team for meeting preparation, plan updates, onboarding, and documentation so you can stay client-facing Contribute to firm growth through community presence, client referrals, and centers-of-influence; a long-term equity path is available for advisors who demonstrate leadership and bring in new relationships and AUM Competitive compensation package ($110,000

Requirements Bachelors Degree CFP designation required Licensing: Series 7 or 66 or Series 65 3+ years of client-facing financial advisory experience with clear strength in meeting leadership and plan presentation
