About the Role
Were looking for a strategic and handson Finance Leader to lead financial planning, accounting operations, and performance management for a growing organization in the wine and manufacturing sector. This role partners closely with executive leadership to drive profitability, efficiency, and longterm growth across U.S. and international operations.
(Manufacturing or wine industry required.)
What Youll Do
Oversee all financial functions: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury, tax, and audit readiness. Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and controls to support scalability. Provide insights on business performance and identify opportunities for growth and margin improvement. Manage relationships with lenders, auditors, and key stakeholders. Lead and mentor a highperforming finance team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
What Were Looking For
Needs to have manufacturing or wine experience Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred. 5+ years of senior finance leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing/operations Expertise in FP&A, financial reporting, and ERP systems. Strong leadership, communication, and decisionmaking skills. Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, evolving environment with a hybrid work arrangement.
