About the Role We’re looking for a strategic and hands‑on Finance Leader to lead financial planning, accounting operations, and performance management for a growing organization in the wine and manufacturing sector. This role partners closely with executive leadership to drive profitability, efficiency, and long‑term growth across U.S. and international operations.
(Manufacturing or wine industry required.)
What You’ll Do
Oversee all financial functions: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury, tax, and audit readiness.
Develop and implement financial policies, systems, and controls to support scalability.
Provide insights on business performance and identify opportunities for growth and margin improvement.
Manage relationships with lenders, auditors, and key stakeholders.
Lead and mentor a high‑performing finance team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
Needs to have manufacturing or wine experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
5+ years of senior finance leadership experience, ideally in manufacturing/operations.
Expertise in FP&A, financial reporting, and ERP systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment with a hybrid work arrangement.
