REQUIREMENTS of the
Controller Bachelor's Degree in Accounting 7 + years of current relevant accounting experience Experience with Vantage Point/Deltek/Vision Software
RESPONSIBILITIES of the
Controller Financial reporting and analysis:
Prepare and analyze financial statements (income statements, balance sheets), issue reports, and provide financial analysis to support decision-making. Budgeting and forecasting:
Develop and manage annual budgets, forecast future performance, and conduct scenario planning. Accounting management:
Oversee all accounting activities, including the general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll. Cash flow management:
Monitor cash flow and expenses to ensure the company's financial health. Compliance and risk:
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal tax laws and financial regulations. Perform internal audits and manage risk. Policy and procedures:
Develop and implement internal financial policies, procedures, and controls to protect company assets. Audits:
Coordinate and manage both internal and external audits.
