Were seeking an experienced
Financial Planner with a strong tax background
to join our team and play a key role in delivering comprehensive, advice-driven financial planning. If you love digging into client situations, optimizing tax outcomes, and creating long-term planning strategies that genuinely move the needleyoull thrive here. What Youll Do
Build and deliver comprehensive financial plans, including retirement, tax, estate, insurance, and cash-flow strategies Analyze client tax returns and incorporate tax-efficient strategies into planning recommendations Collaborate with investment and operations teams to ensure cohesive client service Present planning findings in a clear, engaging way to clients and prospects Stay current on tax law changes, planning strategies, and industry trends Maintain detailed planning notes and documentation in CRM/financial planning software Support ongoing client service needs and participate in periodic client reviews What Were Looking For
5+ years
of financial planning experience Strong tax knowledge CPA, EA, or extensive tax-planning experience preferred CFP designation
required Deep familiarity with planning software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuide, Holistiplan) A passion for problem-solving, client education, and long-term relationship building Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts simply High integrity and a client-first mindset What We Offer
