Were hiring a Financial Advisor on behalf of our client- a growing independent wealth management firm based in Alpharetta, GA.
- Lead client-facing meetings, retirement planning, and portfolio discussions - Conduct educational workshops and firm-funded marketing events - Convert prospects into longterm clients through a planningfirst, relationshipdriven process - Build customized retirement plans using AE Wealth models with personalized allocations - Service ~100+ clients with support from operations and service teams - Follow firms established process with high coachability and consistency
Requirements: - Series 65 or 66 - Insurance license (or ability to obtain quickly) - Experience leading client meetings in financial services - Strong public speaking capability - 100% onsite in Alpharetta, GA - Highly coachable, positive, lowego team player
Compensation: - First year OTE: $150k$200k+, depending on experience/performance - 1525% of individual production depending on base/draw selection
