Job Description: Oracle Finance Functional Lead and Agile Project delivery Job Title Senior Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant Oracle Fusion AHCSFAH GL AP 5-7 years on Oracle Fusion Financials Role Summary Lead the design configuration and integration of Oracle Fusion Financial Accounting Hub Cloud AHCSFAH General Ledger GL and Accounts Payable AP modules Act as a bridge between business and technology teams ensuring robust financial processes compliance and seamless integrations across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities: Solution Design Configuration o Architect and configure FAH for subledger accounting rules and event models o Design and implement GL ledger architecture SLA rules allocations revaluation and translation o Configure AP processes including invoice processing payment terms approvals and supplier setups Governance Compliance o Implement SoXICFR controls for journal entries and AP workflows o Maintain audit ready documentation and ensure adherence to Oracle standards o Support Statutory requirements Project Delivery o Lead requirements workshops prepare functional and technical design documents o Supervise junior consultants and coordinate with offshore onshore teams o Drive Agile project delivery manages sprints and ensure timely deliverables Reporting o Support statutory and management reporting requirements
Required Qualifications 12-15 years in ERP Finance 5-7 years on Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Experience in Implementing modules Finance Cloud General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounting Hub Cloud Handson experience with Solution design Functional Documentation Configuration Testing User Demo for these modules At least 2 Oracle Fusion Financials implementation experience Good understanding of accounting principles IFRSUS GAAP Expert knowledge of O2C P2P and R2R business cycles Experience in multientity multicurrency environments
Preferred Oracle Cloud Financials certification Domain knowledge experience in Banking or insurance capabilities is a plus Exposure to Intercompany and Treasury integrations Working experience in Onsite Offshore delivery model CACPAMBA Finance or equivalent
Soft Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to lead cross functional teams across geographies Strong problem solving and risk management skills
