Job Description: Our client, a high growth business services company has partnered with a leading private equity firm to build a 400M revenue business with an aggressive organic and acquisition strategy. They are seeking to hire a dynamic transformational CFO to assist the CEO in achieving the company performance objectives.

Key responsibilities:

The CFO serves as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team of the Company, playing a key role in developing and implementing strategy. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and partnering with the other members of senior management, the CFO will oversee and manage reporting systems and controls, ensuring that key functional leaders and their teams are provided with accurate, timely, and relevant financial data that is helpful in running the business.

As a proactive member of the senior team, support the execution of its strategy and assist in driving well-defined targets; establish metrics and systems that maintain accountability and manage risks. Lead a rigorous and disciplined annual planning and forecasting process to provide analytical insight and direction to management decision makers, while dually ensuring that aggressive yet realistic plans are established. Working with CEO and senior management team, ensure that the company develops and maintains an optimal capital structure, minimizing the cost of capital while maintaining financial flexibility. Lead and manage the companys treasury function, including financings and cash management activities. Lead and manage the companys accounting, control and tax function. Ensure that the company maintains adequate financial and non-financial controls and that it leverages information technology in the accumulation, analysis, interpretation and distribution of financial information. Serve as both a financial and a business advisor to the CEO and other members of the leadership team. Ensure that all levels of the company, and external constituents, are provided with accurate, timely and relevant financial reporting to run the business. Additional responsibilities will include overseeing and managing all aspects of controllership, financial planning & analysis, tax, treasury, and internal audit. He/ She will provide leadership to the finance organization, ensuring that the function is properly organized, staffed, developed, motivated and compensated.

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will have 15 or more years of experience in senior financial positions of increasing scope and responsibility in a high growth company. Ideally, this individual will have experience as a senior finance leader or CFO in a 250M or larger business or professional services environment. Candidate will be highly motivated to build a world class finance organization and drive value in the business. Ideal candidate will have significant FP&A experience with a heavy focus on integration of acquisitions in a growth environment.

Education:

An undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or closely related business discipline is required, with a graduate degree preferred. Additionally, a CPA or MBA is strongly preferred
