Oversee network implementation for New Site Openings, coordinating deployment of network equipment, firewalls, and connectivity with internal departments and vendors. Maintain compliance with PCI and network security best practices, applying remediations as needed to mitigate vulnerabilities. Provide Tier II/III support for escalated network incidents, coordinating troubleshooting and resolution efforts across operations and vendors. Document network configurations, update system diagrams, and maintain detailed infrastructure records. Participate in on-call rotations and respond to critical network events after hours as needed.
