We are seeking a highly motivated and credentialed Financial Advisor to join our Rockford and Woodridge office. This is a unique opportunity to be mentored by and collaborate with our leadership team while building strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Role Overview The Financial Advisor will work as part of an established team to deliver comprehensive wealth management services to individual clients, families, and small business owners. The Advisor will manage client relationships, build new business opportunities, and support the firms continued growth and strategy.

Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advice to clients. Manage and deepen existing client relationships with a focus on retention and satisfaction. Conduct client discovery meetings, develop customized financial plans, and deliver thoughtful recommendations. Proactively identify opportunities for clients across investment, insurance, retirement, tax, and estate planning needs. Work in partnership with leadership to serve select high-net-worth clients. Participate in client review meetings and collaborate with internal team members on client service delivery. Adhere to firm policies, industry regulations, and fiduciary standards of care.

Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary: $75,000

Required Qualifications Active FINRA Series 7, Series 66 (or equivalent), and Illinois Life & Health Insurance License in good standing. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed Financial Advisor or in a related financial services role. Strong client relationship management skills with a professional and polished communication style. Proven ability to develop and deliver financial plans and investment strategies. Proficient in financial planning software, CRM systems (Salesforce), and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications Additional professional designations (e.g., CFP, APMA, CRPC) very strongly preferred. Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families.
