About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced

Financial Advisor

to join its Houston team. This is a client-facing position focused on relationship management, comprehensive financial planning, and delivering an outstanding client experience. The advisor will manage approximately 100 to 150 existing client relationships, representing roughly $100 million in assets under management. Investment decisions are made by the firms Investment Committee, allowing the advisor to concentrate on planning, communication, and service excellence.

While new business development is not required, advisors are encouraged and rewarded for bringing in new client relationships.

Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary advisor for 100 to 125 assigned client households provided by the firm Lead the delivery of each clients customized financial plan, aligning strategies with their long-term goals Oversee investment strategies and coordinate execution via the Investment Committee Conduct regular planning meetings and maintain proactive client communication Work collaboratively with planning, operations, and compliance teams Ensure client data is accurately maintained in CRM and planning systems Uphold fiduciary standards in all client engagements

Qualifications Minimum of 5 years experience in a client-facing wealth management or financial planning role CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER

certification required Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred Series 7 not required (firm operates as a fee-only fiduciary) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Deep knowledge of retirement planning, investment strategies, and financial planning concepts High integrity, discretion, and genuine care for clients
