LHH is looking for an energetic team member to support the Payment Support department of a leading Denver institution. This position will sit on the Payment Support team, where you will oversee daily ACH, wire, and check transaction processing, ensure compliance, and lead a team dedicated to providing outstanding member service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about process improvement and team development.

Direct hire Compensation:

$80,000$100,000+ base salary, depending on relevant experience

Responsibilities: Oversee daily processing of ACH, wire, and check transactions Ensure compliance with NACHA, Federal Reserve, and other relevant regulations Manage, train, and develop Payment Support staff Act as subject matter expert for payment operations Respond to member and internal requests, disputes, and escalations Drive process improvements and support technology upgrades Prepare reports and assist with regulatory audits Collaborate with other departments and partners to resolve issues

Qualifications: AAP certification, preferred 7+ years of experience in ACH, wire, or check processing 3+ years of staff management experience Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Detail-oriented and able to work independently Degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
