A global law firm with a strong reputation is seeking an experienced Office Services Supervisor for its Palo Alto office. This fully in‑office role oversees two team members (Conference Room Coordinator and Receptionist) and ensures smooth daily operations, including facilities, mail, supplies, and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise office services staff and manage daily schedules.
Oversee mail, deliveries, print/copy jobs, and conference room setups.
Maintain office supplies, pantry stock, and printer stations.
Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and IT for meetings and events.
Support office moves and maintenance requests.
Act as backup for staff during absences.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of office services supervisory experience in a law firm.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Demonstrated employment stability.
