Responsibility Requirements: Contractors will be responsible for providing professional client and payment operations support, including but not limited to the following: Support clients through onboarding, testing, and migration while serving as the main point of contact. Handle payment operations, including file transmissions, reconciliations, and issue resolution across all payment channels. Ensure accurate client setups, troubleshoot problems, and maintain compliance with security standards. Execute migration plans, coordinate testing and signoffs, and report progress to project leadership Resource Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in client-facing financial services or payment operations roles.
