Job Description We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead / Engineering Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical leader who can drive execution, lead daily stand-ups, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This role requires strong expertise in AWS cloud technologies, security best practices, and modern application architectures.
Key Responsibilities Lead and run daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and technical discussions Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, DevOps, security) to ensure timely delivery Provide technical leadership and hands-on development support when required Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure cloud-based solutions Ensure best practices in cloud architecture, security, and CI/CD pipelines Mentor team members and review code to maintain high engineering standards Drive troubleshooting and resolution of production issues
Required Technical Skills Cloud & Backend (AWS): AWS CloudFront Load Balancers (ALB/NLB) VPC and networking Cross-account connectivity AWS Lambda, Lambda Authorizer, Lambda@Edge EKS and ECS
Databases: MongoDB DynamoDB
Security & DevOps : mTLS, TLS OIDC, Identity Providers (IdP) JWT, AWS Cognito CI/CD pipelines DAST and SAST tools
Nice to Have Experience with mobile development stacks Prior experience in a technical lead or engineering manager role Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
