Senior Pricing Analyst Overview We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Pricing Analyst

to lead the development, analysis, and submission of complex cost and price proposals for Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal Civilian (Fed/Civ) customers. This role plays a critical part in shaping competitive, compliant pricing strategies that support corporate objectives and drive business growth across our federal portfolio. Key Responsibilities Lead Pricing Strategy & Development Manage the full lifecycle of pricing activities for new business pursuits, recompetes, task orders, IDIQs, and contract modifications. Develop innovative, competitive, and compliant pricing approaches aligned with acquisition requirements and company goals. Perform Price-to-Win (PTW) assessments in collaboration with capture and business development teams. Cost Model & Proposal Development Build and maintain detailed cost models, ensuring accuracy across direct labor, indirect rates, ODCs, escalation, and fee structures. Interpret solicitation requirements (RFP/RFQ/RFI) and translate them into compliant pricing volumes, narratives, and templates. Prepare and review cost narratives, BOEs, and supporting documentation for submission. Analysis, Compliance & Risk Management Conduct complex cost/price analysis, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analyses to guide decision-making. Ensure overall compliance with FAR, DFARS, CAS, and agency-specific pricing regulations. Identify pricing risks, develop mitigation strategies, and provide recommendations to senior leadership. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Contracts, Finance, Operations, HR, and Capture teams to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and ensure consistency across proposal volumes. Support internal reviews, pricing audits, and customer fact-finding exercises. Data & Rate Management Support indirect rate development and forecasting in coordination with Finance. Maintain historical pricing data, benchmarks, and market research to inform future bids. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA or related advanced degree a plus. 58+ years of pricing experience in the government contracting environment, including work with

DoD and Federal Civilian agencies . Strong working knowledge of

FAR/DFARS , cost principles, and government pricing requirements. Prior experience with CPFF, T&M, FFP, IDIQ, GWAC, and hybrid contract types. Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with cost modeling tools preferred. Ability to manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy. Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate pricing assumptions and strategies to leadership.
