About the Role Our client is seeking a highly skilled

Senior Associate of Strategic Finance

to support a wide range of strategic finance initiatives across complex, data-driven engagements. This individual will play a pivotal role in evaluating financial performance, developing forecasting models, shaping long-range plans, and translating technical insights into recommendations for senior leadership and board-level audiences.

This position provides the opportunity to advise on significant investment, strategic, and operational decisions while contributing to the development of junior talent and supporting firmwide thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities Financial Analysis & Modeling Conduct in-depth reviews of financial statements, including operational performance, liquidity, and long-term viability. Build and refine financial forecasts, capital planning models, and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making. Assess creditworthiness and debt capacity, incorporating industry benchmarks and market conditions. Industry & Market Insight Maintain fluency in current developments within the healthcare landscapeincluding regulatory changes, reimbursement trends, and capital market activity. Provide research and quantitative analysis to support internal knowledge-building and thought leadership initiatives. Client Advisory & Deliverables Translate complex financial and valuation concepts into clear, actionable insights for executives, finance teams, and governing bodies. Support long-range strategic plans by linking key initiatives to financial outcomes and resource allocation priorities. Recognize broader client needs and identify opportunities for expanded advisory services across the organization. Project & Engagement Management Manage day-to-day engagement activities, timelines, and client communication for assigned workstreams. Serve as a key point of contact, ensuring high-quality deliverables and strong client experience. Guide and mentor junior team members, providing oversight, feedback, and development support. Internal Tools & Data Management Build financial projections using the firms internal modeling software and develop proficiency in analytics platforms. Gather, clean, and structure historical and operating data to support accurate analysis across engagements.

Qualifications 36 years

of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate financial planning; healthcare finance experience is preferred, but not required. Strong technical foundation in accounting and corporate finance principles. Advanced financial modeling skills, including valuation, 3 statement analysis, DCF analysis, pro forma development, etc. Demonstrated ability to develop strategic financial plans and interpret complex data sets. Proven project management capabilities and experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. Interest and excitement toward the healthcare industry. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex analyses to diverse audiences. High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to travel as needed, sometimes with short notice. Must have U.S. work authorization that does not require present or future visa sponsorship.
