Client Service Associate The Boston office is seeking a Client Service Associate to support a handful of advisors and ensure a smooth, personalized experience for clients. This role serves as the operational and service backbone of the advisory team, handling day-to-day account activity and acting as a direct point of contact.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the first line of support for client inquiries and service needs Coordinate with advisors and internal teams to execute account updates, transfers, onboarding, and documentation Maintain accurate client records and assist with meeting preparation and follow-ups Support delivery of financial planning materials, reports, and communications Uphold compliance standards and ensure all processes follow firm policies and regulatory requirements
Ideal Profile 3-6 years of experience supporting HNW individuals in a wealth management setting Strong communicator with a client-first mindset Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking Discreet, professional, and able to handle sensitive financial information Team-oriented with a service-driven approach
