Position Overview: In this role, finance functions as a strategic partner and catalyst for growth rather than a traditional back-office operation. The Senior FP&A Analyst will blend financial acumen, analytical depth, and business partnership to help guide organizational performance. This position provides direct exposure to executive leadership, including close collaboration with the CFO, and offers visibility across all major areas of the business from sales and operations to technology and corporate strategy. Unlike narrowly defined positions in large enterprises, this role offers a holistic view of the companys financial landscape, the ability to influence key decisions, and the opportunity to drive meaningful operational impact. The ideal candidate has a strong FP&A background, outstanding analytical capabilities, and a natural inclination to connect data insights with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the CFO to deliver accurate, timely, and insight-driven financial reporting packages for executive and board-level audiences. Translate complex financial information into clear narratives and executive-ready presentations. Partner with accounting to ensure alignment and accuracy of P&L and balance sheet results. Build and maintain financial models and dashboards to monitor profitability, margins, and departmental KPIs. Work with department leaders to develop budgets and rolling forecasts aligned with organizational objectives. Prepare analyses highlighting risks, opportunities, and performance drivers relative to plan. Support long-term planning, scenario modeling, and evaluations of major business initiatives or investments. Partner cross-functionally to evaluate new business opportunities, pricing strategies, and customer or project profitability. High level of initiative, accountability, and the ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
