The Role Were looking for a
Tax and Business Advisory Manager
who enjoys solving complex tax questions, mentoring others, and making clients lives easier. In this role, youll work closely with partners and experienced team members across tax compliance, financial reporting, and advisory engagements for closely held businesses and individuals.
This is an opportunity to take on high-impact work, contribute to firmwide improvements, and help shape how we serve our clients
all within a supportive, well-organized environment.
What Youll Do Review and prepare business, individual, and trust tax returns Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and financial statement compilations/reviews Work with firm technology tools (QuickBooks, Accounting CS, UltraTax CS, etc.) Advise clients on entity structure, compensation, cash flow, and other planning matters Provide mentorship and guidance to team members Recommend process improvements and participate in refining firm systems
What You Bring Bachelors degree in Accounting; CPA license or eligibility preferred 5+ years of public accounting experience , including tax and financial statement work Strong technical skills and sound professional judgment Clear communication and the ability to translate complex issues for clients A practical mindset
