Director of Finance
to lead financial operations across the U.S. and Canada for a growing, family-owned global organization with a diverse portfolio of beloved consumer brands. If youre passionate about driving performance, improving financial processes, and partnering cross-functionally to influence growth

This role leverages financial and operational data to support business strategy, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide insights that guide executive decisions. Responsible for driving financial performance, enabling timely and accurate data-driven decision-making, and supporting long-term strategic planning, the position plays a critical role in: Month-end close, reporting, and forecasting activities Annual planning and budgeting Cross-functional cost savings and process improvements Compliance support: audits and taxation
Job Responsibilities: Lead all financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for North America. Partner with commercial, category, and brand teams to analyze performance and identify cost and growth opportunities. Drive improvements in reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for stronger business insights. Oversee trade promotion and marketing spend to ensure ROI and financial alignment. Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure planning. Build financial models and scenario analyses to guide strategic decisions. Implement process and system enhancements to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred). 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A and multi-currency reporting. Strong background in
Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
or similar industry. Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and BI tool experience (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Proven ability to influence leaders, streamline processes, and drive performance.
