Addison Group is excited to partner with a global, fast-growing organization on the search for a Finance Manager (FP&A) to support its North America business. This role will lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for the region while providing high-quality insights that influence strategic decision-making across the business.
This role offers a hybrid work schedule based in downtown Chicago (3 days onsite / 2 days remote).
Key Responsibilities: Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly outlooks for the North America region Partner with business leaders to translate operational goals into clear financial plans Prepare monthly results packages with variance analysis and key performance insights Oversee supply chain, logistics, and inventory forecasting, including costing and working capital needs Provide actionable insights into revenue, margin, opex, and cash flow drivers Build dashboards, KPIs, and models to support data-driven decision-making Support DTC forecasting, margin analysis, and performance reporting Collaborate with global finance teams to ensure accurate consolidation and reporting Manage and mentor one direct report Identify opportunities to streamline and automate planning and reporting processes Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling, scenario planning, and ROI analysis
Qualifications: 57 years of FP&A experience, ideally within a global or fast-growing SMB environment. Strong modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills Ability to influence leaders and communicate insights in a clear, compelling way. Proven success supporting cross-functional teams and driving operational excellence. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; BI/reporting tools are a plus. Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA/CPA/CFA preferred but not required.
Compensation: $120,000
