Associate Financial Advisor
to join this dynamic team. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in financial planning and investment management, along with a passion for helping clients achieve lasting success. In this role, youll provide critical technical support to the firms advisors, contribute to client meetings, and play a key part in elevating the firm to its next stage of growth.
Working under the guidance of Senior Advisors, the Associate Financial Advisor will assist in preparing and presenting financial plans, developing investment recommendations, and ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience. This position requires the proper licensing to work directly with clients, as well as the ability to provide sound financial guidance and strategic insights within a collaborative, mentorship-focused environment.

What Youll Be Doing: Prepare for and participate in client and prospect meetings alongside Advisors. Coordinate and manage follow-up tasks to ensure outstanding client service. Attend new client onboarding and document-signing meetings. Maintain detailed records of client communications and meeting notes. Prepare financial plans, run analyses, and generate investment reports using industry-leading software. Provide thoughtful recommendations on financial planning, insurance, tax, and estate strategies. Collaborate with the Client Services and Operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Manage client access and data within financial planning systems. Oversee annuity, life, disability, and long-term care insurance quoting and paperwork. Continuously monitor clients financial situations and help identify strategic opportunities. Keep CRM systems accurate and up-to-date with client tasks, notes, and updates.
What Were Looking For: Bachelors Degree required; CFP certification preferred or eligibility to sit for the exam. Proven experience in wealth management, financial planning, or investment management. Solid understanding of securities regulations and the financial planning process. Strong communication skills
both written and verbal
with a client-centered mindset. Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management abilities. Proficiency with CRM and financial planning/investment management software. A professional, proactive, and collaborative approach to your work. Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain composure through market changes.
