Location:
Houston, TX (Galleria / Memorial City area) | On-site (5 days/week, flexible hours)
Target Compensation Range:
$80,000 – $400,000+ total OTE, depending on level and structure.
Start Date:
Flexible – Q4 2025 or Q1 2026

What You’ll Do
Manage and deepen relationships with new and existing clients (no cold calling – 90+ warm leads per month provided).
Deliver holistic financial and estate planning guidance to HNW clients.
Coordinate with portfolio managers and legal specialists to ensure fiduciary and estate planning standards are met.
Grow and maintain your personal book of business with full operations, marketing, and compliance support.

What You Bring
1–10+ years of wealth management, financial planning, fiduciary advising, or private banking experience.
Bachelor’s degree required
(Finance, Business, or related).
Series 65/66 license
(or ability to obtain within 90 days).
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for client relationships.
Experience in banking, wealth management, or financial planning preferred – entrepreneurial mindset a plus.
Client relationship management, investment strategy, portfolio review, and estate/retirement planning experience preferred.
