Description Robert Half is partnering with a growing organization to identify an Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and support staff. This role will ensure efficient administrative processes, maintain a productive work environment, and serve as a key point of contact for employees and leadership. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities, supplies, and vendor relationships
- Support administrative staff and provide guidance on office procedures
- Coordinate meetings, events, and company-wide communications
- Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Monitor office budget and expenses, ensuring cost efficiency
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries
- Support leadership with special projects and operational initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
- 2-5 years of office management or administrative experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and office management tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
