We are seeking a strategic and hands-on

Human Resources Manager

who brings broad HR expertise across employee relations, compliance, talent management, and HR operations, with a strong specialization in

compensation and benefits . This individual will play a critical role in developing and executing HR programs and policies that drive employee engagement, ensure regulatory compliance, and support business goals, while serving as the organization's subject matter expert on total rewards.

Key Responsibilities: Compensation & Benefits (Primary Focus):

Lead the design, implementation, and administration of compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive programs to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness. Conduct job evaluations, market analysis, and benchmarking studies to support compensation decisions and pay transparency. Manage employee benefits programs, including health and welfare plans, life and disability insurance, wellness initiatives, stock plans, and 401(k). Partner with brokers and third-party vendors to manage renewals, resolve issues, and evaluate plan performance and costs. Develop and deliver employee communication and education initiatives related to compensation and benefits programs. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, FLSA, and IRS guidelines. Generalist HR Responsibilities:

Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations issues, and performance management. Support recruitment and onboarding initiatives to ensure a smooth and positive new hire experience. Partner with leadership on organizational development initiatives, including workforce planning and succession management. Oversee compliance initiatives such as EEO reporting, employee handbook updates, and HR audits. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and processes that support organizational goals. HR Systems & Reporting:

Utilize HRIS (Needs Workday) for reporting, data analysis, and ongoing improvements to support HR and business needs. Create and maintain dashboards and reports related to headcount, turnover, compensation trends, and benefits utilization. Needs to know V-lookup and pivot tables in Excel- Heavy Excel strongly preferred, Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 6+ years of progressive HR experience with strong compensation and benefits expertise. Deep knowledge of total rewards strategies, compliance requirements, and benefit plan management. Experience using HRIS systems; Workday experience highly preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Comfortable balancing both strategic and tactical HR responsibilities. Preferred Certifications:

SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP or PHR / SPHR CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) and/or CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) preferred
