$25.00/hr - $37.00/hr Addison Group is seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Helpdesk Technician to join our clients IT support team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a Windows-based environment, with strong knowledge of Active Directory, ticketing systems, and mobile device management. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of end-user systems and providing timely technical support across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Provide first- and second-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and ticketing system. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, printers, and other desktop applications. Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions in

Active Directory . Monitor and respond to service requests using a

ticketing system

(e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk). Configure, deploy, and support

mobile devices

(iOS/Android) using

MDM solutions

(e.g., Intune, AirWatch). Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including hardware setup and account provisioning. Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and procedures. Escalate complex issues to appropriate IT teams when necessary. Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned. Qualifications: Associates or Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in an IT helpdesk or technical support role. Proficiency in

Windows 10/11 , Active Directory, and Office 365. Experience with

ticketing systems

and

remote support tools . Familiarity with

mobile device management platforms . Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Skills: Experience with Microsoft Intune or similar MDM platforms. Knowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
