Partners with KS Communications as needed.Provides support to HRBPs when complex, specialized, and sensitive issues arise. May be required to executive routine tasks and/or conduct investigations in high-risk situations.Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR.Minimum of 1 year in management or leadership role, with demonstrated knowledge of people management principles.Experience integrating across multiple HR disciplines. Demonstrated ability to assess and formulate strategies for new and challenging situations.Ability to lead, develop, and motivate diverse teams, often without formal authority.Ability to exert influence on key stakeholders towards alignment and decisive action.In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws (i.e., ADA, FMLA, UI, wage and hour laws, etc.)Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with different audiences, including coaching, conflict resolution, and negotiation.Proficiency in technology and office applications.Experience in an educational setting. * Frequently sits, perform desk-based computer tasks and grasp light or fine manipulation, talk or hear.* Occasionally stand and/or walk, write by hand, and lift and/or carry, push and/or pull objects that weigh up to 10 pounds.* Rarely twist, bend, stoop, squat, kneel, crawl, climb, reach or work above shoulder, or grasp forcefully.Ability to work evenings and weekends.
