Job Description: Under supervision of the IT Solutions Center Supervisor and guidance of the ITSC Lead, this role involves supporting ETF staff with IT issues, documentation, troubleshooting, and supporting user-focused technologies. The position emphasizes customer service, technology lifecycle support, and ITIL-based frameworks for Problem, Incident, and Request management. The role includes providing technical assistance for desktop services, hardware, and user training. Collaboration with business and technical teams is essential to plan and deliver IT services effectively. The candidate should have experience in developing user documentation, troubleshooting, and supporting Microsoft Office 365 and SCCM environments.
