Strong organizational and follow-through skills; able to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines. Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar). Ability to assess candidate fit through resume review and conversation, and recommend next steps. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a professional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience recruiting for or working within an MSP (Managed Services Provider). Familiarity with financial services or other highly regulated industries. Understanding of cybersecurity hiring needs and cloud infrastructure roles. Exposure to high-growth or international hiring environments.
