Addison Group is hiring on behalf of a rapidly growing, fully virtual healthcare provider that offers long-term, patient-centered telehealth services across the U.S. Our client is expanding their team and seeking Certified Medical Assistants and Patient Care Coordinators to support high-volume call operations as part of a mission-driven care model. This fully remote, contract opportunity is ideal for healthcare professionals looking to provide administrative and patient support in a fast-paced, virtual setting. You'll play a key role in coordinating care, scheduling appointments, collecting patient information, and contributing to an exceptional telehealth experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to scheduling, follow-ups, and general patient support Assist with updating medical records, verifying information, and processing payments Collaborate with administrative and clinical teams to ensure smooth care delivery Provide excellent customer service while supporting virtual care operations Maintain accurate documentation in all systems Qualifications: Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs): Active CMA certification required Clinical or virtual healthcare experience strongly preferred Ability to support both patient communication and clinical team coordination Must be available Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM

12:00 PM CST Patient Care Coordinators: Background in medical office support, high-volume call center, or patient services Scheduling and healthcare administrative experience required Strong multitasking and communication skills Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM
