Full Cycle Medical Biller/Collector (Hybrid)

$24.00 / Hourly Work Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Key Responsibilities:
Submit and track insurance claims and patient invoices Follow up on outstanding balances, denials, and underpayments Investigate and resolve claim discrepancies with payers Maintain accurate billing records and ensure compliance with industry regulations Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure accurate coding and documentation Analyze AR reports and identify trends in denials or delays Utilize multiple EMR systems to manage billing workflows Stay current on payer guidelines and billing code updates What We're Looking For:
Experience: At least 1 year of medical billing and collections experience, preferably in a specialty clinic setting Knowledge: Familiarity with the full revenue cycle, including front-end and back-end processes Payers: Experience working with both commercial and government insurance plans Systems: Exposure to multiple EMRs is a plus (training provided) Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to collections Personality: Self-starter who can work independently without micromanagement Perks & Benefits:
