$110000 annually About Our Client: Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client, a prestigious global law firm known for its forward-thinking leadership and collaborative culture. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic legal support team working closely with a senior-level partner. The role offers a blend of high-level administrative work, strategic support, and direct client engagement. Job Description: The Legal Secretary will provide proactive, high-touch administrative support to a senior partner and select attorneys. This is a highly visible and collaborative role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys creative problem-solving, and embraces evolving responsibilities. You'll coordinate complex schedules, handle confidential communications, and take ownership of ongoing projects, travel arrangements, and firm initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a key point of contact for client and internal communications, managing calendars, meetings, and travel Draft, revise, and proofread a wide range of legal documents and correspondence Organize complex domestic and international travel and submit timely expense reports Manage time entry and billing processes using specialized legal systems Conduct research for leadership presentations, policy updates, and industry trends Act as liaison with other assistants and firm leadership for cross-functional projects Support lateral recruiting efforts and client development initiatives Assist with presentation design, digital research, and identifying new tech efficiencies Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise judgment with high-level tasks Qualifications: 5+ years of legal administrative or executive assistant experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with LinkedIn, digital tools, and a willingness to embrace new technologies (AI tools like ChatGPT encouraged) Highly organized with strong proofreading, writing, and communication skills Ability to handle shifting priorities and maintain composure in high-pressure situations Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Strong judgment, discretion, and a proactive mindset Additional Details: Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM5:00 PM (35-hour work week) Onsite Requirement:
100% onsite for the first month for training; hybrid model after Dress Code:
