SAP ECP Analyst
The SAP ECP Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HR systems, with a focus on reporting, testing, and troubleshooting L1 L3 tickets inside of SAP Payroll and Employee Central Payroll. This role involves handling integrations, changing and assigning infotypes, and creating workflows. Experience with UKG is a bonus. This person will be responsible for: Manage and optimize SAP Employee Central (EC or ECP) modules. Handle integrations between SuccessFactors and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow. Change and assign infotypes as needed to support HR processes. Design and implement workflows to streamline HR operations. Utilize UKG knowledge to enhance HRIS functionalities (bonus). Analyze HR data to provide insights and support decision-making. Perform regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance. Provide support and training to HR staff on HRIS functionalities. Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations and processes. Pay Rate: 30-42/hr. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience with SAP Payroll & ECP Must have firm grasp on Infotyping, system integrations, and how to design workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
