Job Description Summary As a member of the Client Transition Services (CTS) team, this role handles moderate to complex data and asset transfer processes during new client plan conversions, ensuring timely notifications and milestone completions. Responsibilities Partner with clients, vendors, payroll providers, and internal resources to gather data for migration. Establish ongoing data communication via payroll files. Analyze and reconcile data received against plan rules. Post transferred records into the company system and maintain auditable records. Perform data quality reviews for each conversion. Maintain the NBI database and transaction calendar. Participate in meetings with Implementation staff. Lead or participate in projects and data initiatives. Manage large data conversion projects. Maintain department tools and procedures. Identify issues and recommend solutions. Qualifications Five years of pension/retirement industry experience. Five years of experience with electronic data files. Knowledge of Paris or related databases, and SQL. Experience with Informatica or Pervasive software. Good communication, organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Word/Excel; querying experience. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in MS Access. Knowledge of Alteryx. Working Conditions Hybrid or remote office environment. Compensation Salary generally ranges from $70,000 to $77,000 annually, based on various factors. Position may be eligible for an annual bonus.
