What to Expect Tesla is a global leader in innovation, driving advancements in autonomous vehicles and humanoid robotics. Our state of the art AI platform powers some of the most sophisticated systems in the world, including Autopilot and our next generation humanoid robot, Optimus.

As an Integration Engineer on the Autonomy team, you'll be working at the intersection of AI, robotics, and systems integration, bringing Tesla's cutting edge technology to life across both vehicle and robotic platforms. This role blends software development, system level problem solving, and cross functional collaboration to ensure seamless performance across our full autonomy stack. You'll work closely with teams spanning hardware, AI, controls, and safety to develop and implement features that push the boundaries of what's possible in autonomous systems.

Your work will also play a vital role in defining and validating safety and reliability specifications for driverless operation. This includes designing fault tolerant mechanisms and building redundant system architectures to mitigate risks and maximize uptime. From early stage prototyping to production deployment, you'll contribute to the development of core features and infrastructure that power autonomy in both Tesla vehicles and robots.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of mobility and intelligent robotics through hands on engineering at the leading edge of AI and automation.
