Account Manager
Location: Denver, CO (80237) Industry: Manufacturing Pay: $90,000 - $100,000 annually About Our Client: Addison Group is working with a well-established organization to find a skilled and service-driven Account Manager to join their finance operations team. This individual will support centralized accounting services and play a key role in managing vendor and partner relationships. Job Description: The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of vendor and dealer accounts, ensuring timely communication, accurate financial transactions, and proactive account support. This role blends customer service and finance functions, with a focus on accounts receivable, account issue resolution, and relationship building. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for 4060 partner accounts, responding to inquiries by email and phone Address account issues such as delayed payments, invoice disputes, incorrect deductions, and rebate questions Manage daily account follow-upsapproximately 80% via email and 20% by phone Educate partners on portal usage, payment processes, and onboarding procedures Track AR aging and collections, driving timely payment resolutions Partner with internal teams to identify and resolve operational or accounting issues Analyze accounts to spot trends and suggest improvements for service efficiency Help coordinate internal workflows and delegate processing tasks as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred 5+ years of professional experience Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage competing deadlines Experience with financial systems and comfort navigating multiple software platforms Strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset Additional Details: Work Hours: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM
