WATG is hiring a Senior Project Manager - Architecture for our Los Angeles, CA office.

Role The Senior Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing large-scale or multiple smaller projects through all phases. They oversee client engagement, design and technical quality, and financial performance, providing guidance to the project team and ensuring smooth workflows. This role is the main liaison between the principal, team, and client.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary client contact for several large, complex projects Manage a portfolio of initiatives, gaining insight into organizational impacts Represent client goals and team needs effectively Conduct site reconnaissance, compile background info, and develop site analysis Issue meeting minutes and action logs to maintain clarity and follow-up Manage billing and collections accurately and timely Monitor project processes and quality to meet expectations Lead and coordinate internal teams and external consultants Possess technical strength in relevant disciplines to review project deliverables Create detailed schedules, work breakdown structures, and budgets, and monitor progress Manage contract relationships, budgets, and schedules to control financial outcomes Ensure project deadlines and financial goals are met Lead project meetings and mentor team members Assist with business development and client negotiations, including contract finalization Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture 15+ years of project management experience across various architecture projects Professional Architecture license required Environmental accreditation preferred Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, SketchUp Deep knowledge of design, construction, and architectural systems Experience managing full project lifecycle Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills Willingness to travel Include your resume and portfolio to be considered Job Details Salary: $125,000 - $145,000/year WATG is an Equal Opportunity Employer Senior Level
