The Opportunity As an IT Network Engineer, you will design, implement, and manage our network systems to ensure seamless connectivity and performance. You will collaborate with departments, translating business needs into technical solutions and continuously improving our network architecture. The Skillset Network Design & Implementation: Proven experience with LANs, WANs, wireless networks, and major hardware/software. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and experience with Cisco, Juniper, Meraki, Aruba devices. Security & Troubleshooting: Skills in network security, firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection, and resolving complex issues. Communication & Collaboration: Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and work effectively across teams. Proactive & Resourceful: Self-starter who monitors performance and researches new technologies. Certifications & Experience: CCNA, CCNP or similar certifications preferred; 3+ years in a similar role; Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
