$115,000 (Direct Hire) Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM
4:00 PM Key Responsibilities: Oversee full-cycle accounting, including AP/AR, bank reconciliations, general ledger, and balance sheet preparation Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare reports detailing variances between standard and actual production costs Lead budget creation and financial forecasting in collaboration with operations and executive teams Perform detailed income statement and balance sheet analysis Maintain robust internal controls, particularly around inventory; oversee monthly cycle counts and periodic physical inventories Serve as finance liaison to plant leadership, providing insights to support operational and strategic decisions Prepare audit-ready documentation and assist with external audits Interpret financial data to advise on business improvements and process optimization Support and lead projects focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and financial clarity Present financial information to senior stakeholders in a clear, actionable manner Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and relevant standards Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required MBA or CPA highly preferred 510+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of accounting principles and cost accounting Audit experience strongly preferred Demonstrated experience in budget preparation, financial analysis, and performance reporting Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems Excellent problem-solving skills and business acumen Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with plant operations Self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach Benefits: Medical, Dental, 401k, PTO Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
