Oversee daily operations on assigned construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company standards on-site. Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for management. Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays. Review blueprints and project plans to ensure alignment with construction goals. Travel frequently to manage multiple projects across various locations. Maintain quality control and ensure excellence in all phases of construction.
