Personal Injury Attorney
Location: Baltimore, MD (In-Office Preferred)
Compensation: $120,000 base plus percentage of resolved cases (open to negotiation)

About the Role Our client is hiring a high-performing Personal Injury Attorney who excels in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Ideal candidates come from a leading plaintiff's firm and bring strong experience in personal injury litigation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume docket from intake through resolution
Conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
Negotiate settlements and litigate large cases, including 7-figure matters
Collaborate with the firm's founder on strategy and business development
Deliver outstanding client service and uphold firm standards
Identify areas for operational efficiency and process improvement Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school and active license to practice in Maryland
Additional licenses in PA, VA, or DC preferred
At least 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation
Experience with workers compensation is a plus
Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads
Courtroom and trial experience required
