$60,000 to $75,000 About the Role We’re seeking a
HubSpot CRM Administrator
with 4 years of experience to own and optimize our marketing and sales tech stack. You’ll play a critical role in driving our GTM team’s efficiency, managing CRM processes, maintaining data hygiene, and implementing automations that accelerate revenue operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment and enjoys translating business needs into scalable CRM workflows. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary admin and subject matter expert for
HubSpot CRM
(Marketing, Sales). Build, test, and manage
workflows, sequences, reports, dashboards, and integrations
. Ensure data integrity through
deduplication
, field standardization, and validation rules. Partner with marketing, sales, and CX teams to implement
lead scoring, lifecycle stages
, and campaign tracking. Support onboarding of new team members with
user access, training, and documentation
. Collaborate with RevOps to develop
automation rules and performance reports
. Manage integrations with third-party tools (e.g., Slack, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Zapier). Qualifications 3+ years of experience in CRM administration, with
2+ years focused on HubSpot
. Strong understanding of
HubSpot workflows, lists, reports, pipelines, custom properties
, and automation. Hands-on experience with
marketing attribution
, campaign analytics, and
sales enablement workflows
. Comfortable working cross-functionally with GTM and tech teams. Familiarity with
B2B SaaS sales funnels
and RevOps principles is a plus. HubSpot certifications are a strong advantage (Admin, Marketing, Reporting, or RevOps). Nice to Have Experience integrating HubSpot with tools like Salesforce, Snowflake, or customer data platforms (CDPs). Proficiency in
Excel, SQL, or Looker/Tableau
for custom reporting. Understanding of
email deliverability, lead routing, and compliance
