As our HubSpot RevOps & Systems Manager, you'll own the architecture, automation, and integrity of our CRM and sales-marketing systems. You’ll work across departments to ensure clean data, smart automations, clear reporting, and optimized processes that help our teams scale. This is a strategic and technical role where you’ll make an immediate impact. Responsibilities: • Build, optimize, and manage all aspects of our

HubSpot CRM

and Marketing Hubs • Design and refine

pipelines, deal stages, custom properties

, and

objects

• Create and enforce

data governance policies

to ensure a clean CRM • Integrate HubSpot with

Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI

, and other platforms • Develop

automation workflows

for sales, marketing, and lead routing • Maintain and improve

reporting dashboards

across teams and leadership • Support and train team members on

CRM best practices, templates, sequences

, and tools • Partner with marketing to implement

lead scoring, list segmentation

, and

email automation

Qualifications: • 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience (Pro or Enterprise level) • Strong knowledge of

CRM architecture, lifecycle stages, workflows, and integrations

• Experience working in

RevOps, SalesOps

, or CRM Admin roles • Proven ability to lead

data cleanup

, merge, and deduplication efforts • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or Power BI is a big plus • HubSpot certifications preferred • Bonus: Experience with tools like

Make, Zapier, n8n
