Position Summary

Culligan Quench is seeking a proven commercial leader to serve as Senior Director of Business Development for our Indirect Division, which manufactures and distributes point-of-use (POU) equipment through a network of 300+ dealers across North America.

This role will drive dealer growth, deepen relationships with high-potential partners, and support business expansion initiatives.

This is a high-visibility leadership role focused on accelerating dealer growth and recruitment and will report into the VP of Business Development.

Responsibilities

Dealer Growth & Recruitment Develop and execute national sales plans to accelerate dealer growth, drive new product adoption, and grow share of wallet Build and implement programs to recruit new dealers and grow existing dealers Cultivate strong relationships with dealer principals and management teams Set clear KPIs and ensure team execution against growth targets Drive adoption of new products across dealer network Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to deliver a great dealer experience Support initiatives that drive both top-line growth and margin improvement Negotiate customer contracts and ensure execution of volume requirements Industry Expertise Serve as a senior representative at key industry events and dealer meetings Maintain visibility and influence across the dealer network Become an industry expert M&A Partnership Build relationships with dealer principals to evaluate long-term alignment and potential for acquisition Support Corporate Development in nurturing pre-acquisition targets

Requirements

7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting, with 2+ years in a leadership role Experience with dealer/distributor business models; POU, filtration, copier/managed services, or related industries strongly preferred Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of building successful B2B partnerships Skilled communicator with executive presence and strong influencing capability Comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced presenting to senior stakeholders Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced business training preferred Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
