We are seeking an experienced
Superintendent
to lead on-site construction operations for large-scale multifamily projects in the
DC/MD/VA region . This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Oversee all field operations for a single multifamily construction project (typically $60M-$200M in value). Manage daily site activities, subcontractor coordination, and construction sequencing. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards. Monitor project schedules, quality control, and material deliveries. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and Assistant Superintendent to drive project success. Conduct regular site meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. 7-10 years of experience in a Superintendent or senior field leadership role. Strong background in
wood-frame
and/or
concrete
construction. Proven ability to manage large-scale multifamily or commercial projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. OSHA 30 certification preferred. What's On Offer

$105,000-$155,000 Bonus:
