Job Description
We are seeking a
Project Manager
or
Senior Project Manager
to lead the full lifecycle of a single multifamily construction project from one of the company's regional offices in
Silver Spring, MD
or
Ashburn, VA . This is a high-impact role for a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality residential communities.
Lead all phases of a multifamily construction project (typically $60M-$200M in value), from preconstruction through closeout. Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractor relationships, and client communications. Oversee field operations in collaboration with the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Drive project performance and proactively resolve issues to maintain timelines and profitability. One project at a time (focused execution) Project types include

The Successful Applicant
6-8 years of experience in construction, preferably in multifamily or commercial projects. Proven experience managing multifamily or commercial construction projects independently. Strong background in
wood-frame
and/or
concrete
construction. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in construction management software and project documentation. Ability to work from either the
Silver Spring
or
Ashburn
office and travel to local project sites as needed. What's on Offer
Base Salary:
$105,000-$155,000 Bonus:
